The JetStar Casing Plunger provides an

JetStar Casing Plungers are built with Black Bull Cups
that create a full contact positive seal with the wall
of the casing to ensure that no pressure can flow upward
past the plunger and into the liquid column.
The valve design on the bottom of the tool provides
flow through when falling and provides a positive seal
for the return trip to the surface.
