JetStar 4.5" Ultra System

The use of the 4.5” JetStar casing plunger will produce significantly higher liquid volumes per 100 PSI of formation pressure because its larger surface area utilizes the pressure more efficiently

The controller will direct the cycles by using time or pressure.

The plunger, upon arrival at the surface, will activate the controller to either close the motor valve, keep the motor valve open for a period of time, or close the motor valve on a low casing pressure setting.

After the motor valve closes, the controller opens the auto-catcher and releases the plunger to start another cycle.

The controller also records the number of cycles and the total open times.

JetStar 4.5" Ultra System Components
This system includes the 4.5" JetStar Lubricator, 4.5" JetStar XL Plunger Casing Stand, and the JetStar II Electronic Casing Plunger Controller package, and Auto-Diaphragm Latch.

JetStar™ Controller This controller is designed specifically for safe, continuous operation of a casing plunger system. It incorporates a dedicated program that regulates the cycle with maximum flow or sales time and logs events & times. Sensor input determines cycle and opens sales valve. The JetStar Controller prevents errors with “Fail-Safe” technology by not allowing accidental opening of the valve while the plunger is traveling.

JetStar Lubricators Built with durable 4140 tool steel, the JetStar lubricator is engineered with reliability and safety in mind. Features include pressure tested 2” NPT threadolets, magnetic sensor and a convenient swing system for removal of the plunger. The heavy-duty spring in the top cap cushions the plunger impact upon arrival.

JetStar Plunger Designed with an exclusive inner shift valve, the JetStar plunger falls at an accelerated pace through fluids and reseals at the casing stand. The specially engineered Black Bull cups ensure a positive seal with the casing walls for the return trip to the surface.

Auto-Diaphragm Latch The auto-diaphragm latch is designed to effectively catch the plunger upon arrival at the surface allowing free flow of liquids and gas. This is an integral tool in the automation of the system.

Casing Stand The JetStar casing stand is designed to latch into place above the perforations to provide a contact for closing the valve of the plunger.

Motor Valve The JetStar™ system includes the Multi motor valve with an oversized flow port (1.25"). Maximizing flow improves your gas income. Standard NPT connections and 2000 PSI working pressure are also featured.

6-V Solar Panel (Optional) The solar panel is used to deliver a constant charge to the battery of the controller. This solar panel is custom designed for the particular 6-volt battery within the controller.
