JetStar™ Controller

This controller is designed specifically for safe, continuous operation of a casing plunger system.

It incorporates a dedicated program that regulates the cycle with maximum flow or sales time and logs events & times. Sensor input determines cycle and opens sales valve.

The JetStar Controller incorporated into the Ultra System and provides totally automatic control based on time and pressure cycle operations.

• A two-valve controller operates both the motor valve and plunger latch.
• It counts cycle tips and tracks the total cycle times.

The JetStar Controller is an integral part of the JetStar Ultra Casing Plunger System.

The Controller is available with Intrinsically Safe certification from Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Class 1;
Division 1; Groups C & D.

NOTE: The JetStar controller is NOT a standard plunger lift controller. It prevents errors with “Fail-Safe” technology by not allowing accidental opening of the valve while the plunger is traveling.

CAUTION! Do Not attempt to use a tubing plunger lift timer or controller as this can not be done safely
