JetStar™ Lubricator

The Multi Casing Plunger Lubricator is the 'Command Center' from which all data is relayed to the controller for processing.

This allows for intelligent operations to be maintained. The use of this design provides significant gas production increases by providing a monitor for the cycles and flow.

Built with durable 4140 tool steel, the JetStar lubricator is engineered with reliability and safety in mind.

Features include pressure tested 2” NPT threadolets, magnetic sensor and a convenient swing system for removal of the plunger. The heavy-duty spring in the top cap cushions the plunger impact upon arrival.

JetStar Lubricators are available for 4.5" and 5.5" casing diameters.

The JetStar Lubricator has a 2000 operating PSI and is available with the Beagle III Sensor and automatic latch for the Ultra System.

The Beagle III Sensor activates the Ultra System controller to read the high and low total gas pressures as well as time and number of trip cycles.

The plunger latch catches the plunger at the surface and holds it there until release is required.
