JetStar Plunger

Works on wells where Tubing Plungers are failing and provides a reliable 'stand-alone' operating system.

Designed with an exclusive inner shift valve, the JetStar plunger falls at an accelerated pace through fluids and reseals at the casing stand. The specially engineered Black Bull cups ensure a positive seal with the casing walls for the return trip to the surface.

The use of the JetStar casing plunger will produce significantly higher liquid volumes per 100 PSI of formation pressure because its larger surface area utilizes the pressure more efficiently.

No minimum flow rate is required as with tubing plunger systems. 'With JetStar's seals creating a positive seal, there is No fallback due to loss of flow.

There is no violent surging or slugging at the surface equipment due to gas and liquid velocity, so surface spills are elinimated.

JetStar Plungers are available for 4.5" and 5.5" casing diameters.
