Motor Valves
MPC-F "Western" Straight
Made of heavy cast metal, these Western Motor Valves have support arms that act as handles for easy installation.
Available in 2" NPT thru body or 90 degree angle body, in steel or iron ductile materials depending on the desired working pressures.
Flanged bodies available upon request.
Internal components are interchangeable with existing field units.
Top works are reversible for conversion from normally closed to normally open.
Comes standard with 1" D-2 tool steel trim. Other trim sizes and materials are available.
MPC-F "Western" L Body Style
An "L" body style is available and can be used as a dump valve.
Multi Straight
Multi motor valves are a stock item in standard 1-inch
or 1 1/4 inch trim with 2-inch NPT connections. The
higher the flow rate from your valve, the better unloading
and running of the plunger lift cycle. Multi motor valves
are lightweight in assembly and only half the weight
of other ductile cast diaphragm designs.
The Multi MFC-Z motor valve is one of the most efficient,
lightweight motor valves in the industry for connection
to 2-inch flow lines. The unit weighs 36 pounds, the
working pressure is 2000 PSI, and the trim material
is made from a special long life material.
The Multi motor valve can be made into an in-line choke
with the replacement of the top works and trim. Multi
also has an equal percentage trim available for the
use of differential pressure devices.
Multi L Body Style
Multi has also designed an "L" body motor
valve that is capable of being used as a dump type valve.
(Note: The "L" body only comes in 2000 PSI
working pressure)
Multi High Pressure
The Multi MFC-HP motor valve comes in 4000 PSI working
pressure with a 3/4" trim and 2-inch pipe connections.
All Multi motor valves are normally closed and require
pressure to open. This ensures total safety if the pressure
is ever lost or terminated.
Multi motor valves are also available in heat-treated
materials for H2S well plunger lift systems.
