Solid Steel Plungers
The Solid Steel plunger (SP series) is optimal for wells
that have drifted and broached tubing.
The SP series Solid Steel plunger is made from a single
piece of 4140 machined tool steel. The SP plungers have
no moving parts and are machined to the tolerance and
drift specification of the tubing to provide maximum
efficiency in the well.
Note: Wells with tubing defects or other irregularities
will not allow the Solid Steel plunger to travel to
the bottom of the well.
