TiMax Time Controller
The TiMax Time Controller is designed
for operation with one motor valve plunger lift system
producing all gas and liquids to the separator and into
the sales line.
The selling of all gas is sufficient to create a short
payoff period for this controller. TiMax provides for
success of a well by allowing for a variable flow time
exclusive of the valve open time. This means that, after
plunger arrival, the well can flow for the time specified
by the operator.
The TiMax shows the current status of the controller
on the display with each display detailing the current
phase of the production cycle that the controller is
in. (Note: there are no keys to press to determine the
current position of the cycle)

TiMax A-B
The TiMax A-B Controller Includes a second solenoid
to attach a second motor valve to. This allows the plunger
to arrive on a lower pressure flow line that has been
attached to the valve and a low-pressure system, such
as a tank. The A-B switches from the low-pressure valve
to the sales line valve upon arrival.
This means that you have two ways to get the plunger
to the surface to sell the gas. This concept is an excellent
prescription for wells that make erratic liquid loads
during cycles.
Hours, minutes and seconds are all available to program.
Use of an extended shut in time, for failure of the
plunger to arrive, is a feature that permits the well
to build an excess amount of pressure for the next attempt.
This is a major advance over the normal ON-OFF timer.
